Hinzman went from working as assistant cameraman to playing the graveyard zombie in the 1968 cult film Night of the Living Dead. Later in life, Hinzman earned credit as an actor, producer, cinematographer and director.
Daughter Heidi Hinzman reveald her father will be cremated, and adds, "He always joked with me that if he got buried he would come back."
